Periodontal Treatment
Patient had scaling and root planing (a deep gum cleaning) throughout his mouth to clean tobacco stains. This was followed by periodontal surgery on his upper front teeth to correct the gum line.
Veneers
Fixed Bridges
Patient had front lower and upper teeth extracted. Then patient was fitted for two permanent fixed bridges for the upper and lower teeth.
Patient had front upper teeth extracted. Then patient was fitted for a permanent fixed bridge for the upper teeth. Since the gap was large on the two front teeth we actually replaced 6 of the existing teeth with 8 false teeth.

Retainers/Mouth Guards
Patient had a thumbs sucking problem and was fitted with a 'Habit Breaker' a metal device meant to block the thumb from being inserted into the mouth. After 10 months the device was removed and the teeth began the return to their natural arch.
Braces
Braces are the best and most natural way to fix crooked teeth. For each of the following patients, treatment typically consisted of between 12 to 30 months time with braces. Patients were seen monthly to have their progress recorded and wires adjusted. After the bands were removed patients wear a retainer to maintain the shape of the teeth. In some cases, prior to treatment patients may have to wear an expander to enlarge the palette to make room for the teeth.
